England Vs Le Frogs - for real. (Views 4,314)
Posted by Mark 8 Oct 2007, 10:19
Errr, Will and I just wanted to test the water with regards to the England V France wugby g*y *wu*ing match on Saturday evening.

We'd really like to watch it, but were wondering if anyone else was up for a light 'break' about 8pm to support our boys with excessive cheering and alcohol consumption for 90 mins?

I do know this is a bit cheeky, and we're happy to remove ourselves from Caddihoe for the duration if people would rather not break the mood - but I'd love to see a bunch of pir*tes cheering our lads on!

...and yes, I have been in wales too long, the wugby g*y *wu*ing's got me ;)

Let us know your thoughts eh?

Mark

i would rather not. i think it would spoil the atmosphere. if you want to leave the site then fine. just my opinion.

I ees theenking thees "debater" ees not signing on properly so wee don't know who ees thees killjoy that wants to spoil theee fun of a good frog bashing.

Perhaps thees match could be woven into thee plot een a seemilar way to thee "morto star" of thee last adventure.

What eef weee deescover a seecret box weeth screen an ariel? Wee must watch to get seecreet message of thee wugby g*y *wu*ing.

sounds good to me.......but due to previous unmentionables, i do not have creative comtrol of pretty much anything.......i wanna watch the wugby g*y *wu*ing.......sniff.

It's a good idea, and as much as i'd like to watch the game i'll say no.
I'd prefer to stay on site and keep in character and keep the flow of the event.

You ees the cunning fox eh? But surely they weel no stoop as low as to steal the ideas from others just to pad out the theen an feeble plot amigo?

But on a serious note - I think if it'll spoil even one person's enjoyment of the weekend then we have our answer already - but we could always get the wonderful Jane to record the match and then watch it when we get back to your place?

Hmmm.

Sorry but in a word... nope.

I think it would spoil the atmosphere to much to bring in a telly. Plus not everyone would want to watch it and it would cause an unnecessary division and balls up Saturday night.

Whilst I am not going to stop you leaving site, I would rather you didn't because again it would disrupt things, but of course you are free to.

Come on its only a semi final - if they win there will be another match and if they loose then hey ho they have lost.

Get a video and watch it when you get back.

On an unrelated note there will no encounters while strictly come dancing is on. Just a co incidence - not that Larry and I will be sneaking off to watch it or anything.

SHOUTING....
I WOULD DEARLY LOVE TO WATCH THE wugby g*y *wu*ing, BUT SURELY IF YOU HAD ANY FAITH IN OUR BOYS YOU WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT THEY WERE PLAYING SOMONE ON THIS NIGHT AND THEREFORE NOT HAVE BOOKED TO ATTEND AN EXCELLENT PIRATICAL POSTURING EVENT, IF YOU DIDNT THEN YOU CLEARLY HAVE NO FAITH IN SAID TEAM AND SO DONT REALLY DESERVE TO CALL YOURSELVES FANS.......

ok a bit harsh.....but fair, no we cant stop you leaving thats true, but putting a telly in caddihoe set a precedent that Im not willing to set. I hope you can see that, if you want to go off site then there is nothing we can do to stop ya, but ya cant drink. radio 5 live is on and I cant stop ya going to your car, but Id rather you did that off site too, picky bast*rd that I am. and as for weaving it into the plotTRYING IT ON OR WHAT, our plots are planned months in advance requiring crakerjack timing, this aint mythlore you know.

so sorry lads I want to watch it too but thems the breaks.

now if it were england versus scotland......culloden the second coming.

(or england versus cornwall....no wait thats the same place)

que angry celtic rants.................

All fair comments - don't worry we'll see about getting it taped for us so we can watch it when we return to the 'real' world.

Just none of you buggers go 'accidentaly' listening to the radio and then mentioning the score while we're there eh?

Cheers

Mark

PS: we were never into wugby g*y *wu*ing when Mythlore was running - it hadn't been invented back then :p
