It all hurts more than it used to.

There has been talk of a second adventure later on in the year - if it gets messy we may discuss a Gloucester-ish themed party and a London-ish one - but it is up to Simon and Larry.

However, even if it looks like all 15 places have already been taken, still put your name down - maybe if we get enough people we might convince The Powers That Be to run 2 events.

If not then we'll still run the one on a first-come basis and maybe everyone else can join the monster crew?

Is there any places left? - If so Myself and brother Rob would be most interested in joining the bcak of the queue..pretty much same as when we turned up last time.

OK guys, heres the score. We would love to do 2 events, one April/May and one in the Autumn.

As for locations Caddihoe is very convenient for us and the kit. Its within 30 mins of home so when I forget the Amulet of Extreme Plot Significance its easy to get to. Also means that when its time to pack up we haven't got loads of extra traveling and sorting out to do, as anyone has run a LRP, this is by far the worst bit.

We would consider the Stockwood site for the second one, need to go and check it out later this year but it is a possibility.

So if the names keep on coming in then 2 events is a definite likelihood. We would run two different plots so it would be possible to play one and crew one without spoiling things.

We are not able to set a date as yet, but will do so in early April. Until then, keep frothing!

a.k.a Rod MacDonald in mundane reality.

Please count me in for adventuring with the London mob (Rod MacDonald). Wherever Sir Milo and Polaris go, I know there's going to be some healing required. Phob is more considerate and only requires a dustpan and brush to clean up after...

Is Montana coming back from the grave? I thought it was the not-such-a-coward second cousin of Parthalion adventuring with the Order of the Unicorn after that last little mishap, Toby ;-)

Hmmm, your memory seems good - tell me more about the demise of Montana?

As I recall we were in Brecon Beacons tackling a Succubus among other problems. Montana went for a midnight walk on his own and was never seen alive again. His remarkably similar cousin turned up in the morning looking for him and displayed a little more polish with swordplay than we had ever seen from Montana....

There were mixed feelings in the group about his apparent demise because Montana had earlier paid a toll by handing over his firetrapped pouch and incinerated the poor gatekeeper. Sadly Kathy wouldn't let me try to do a 15 point life transference from Toby to the dead man to see if we could reverse their status :-)

Very interesting -obviously your memory of these things is far better than mine.

So Montana Parthalion is no more - replaced by his 'cousin'? We'll have to investigate/interrogate this further I think. (I have to be honest and admit that, after running so many and after so many years, it all blurs into one a little these days).

Obviously we need a new thread to determine the status and skills of each character as remembered by themselves and others.

Should be entertaining ;)
